1. Who we are

Northrope is the trading name of Natan Acosta, operating from London, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@northrope.com. “We”, “us” and “Northrope” in these terms mean that business; “you” means the person using this website.

2. What this website is for

This site describes the services Northrope offers. It is information, not advice, and nothing on it creates a contract between us. Prices, guarantees and service descriptions shown here are indicative and may change at any time before an engagement letter is signed.

3. Engagements

All client work is governed by a written engagement letter signed by both parties. That letter — not this website — sets out the scope, fees, timelines, the 30-day delivery commitment and any refund terms, confidentiality, data-handling arrangements, and ownership of deliverables. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter wins.

As a matter of policy: deliverables built during an engagement — prompts, scripts, workflows, documentation — transfer to the client on payment in full, and engagements are covered by a mutual NDA from the first call.

4. Booking and communication

Intro calls are scheduled through Cal.com (EU instance). By booking, you agree to be contacted about that booking. We do not add you to mailing lists, and there are no follow-up sequences.

5. Intellectual property on this site

The content of this website — text, design and graphics — belongs to Northrope. You may read, link to and quote it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

6. Liability

This site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on its content or from interruptions to its availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability within an engagement is dealt with in the engagement letter.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services (for example Cal.com). Those services have their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above tells you when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
