Ten years across commercial roles in venture-backed and bootstrapped UK companies. Seven in B2B sales — building and managing teams, designing outbound playbooks, generating eight-figure pipeline. Three as a Founder’s Associate inside early-stage companies — running a 60-person operations function in D2C food and logistics, then building outbound and supporting fundraising at a B2B decision-intelligence startup.
AI and automation work began in 2022. Since 2026 it has been the whole job: designing and operating the AI back office of a London media company — the system this practice installs.

What if I need something that isn't on this page?

Can AI really be trusted with our email and invoices?
It drafts; you send. Anything outward-facing — a chase email, a reply, an invoice — is prepared for approval, never auto-sent. The AI does the reading, filing, extracting and drafting; the judgment stays with you. Most clients end up approving the day’s drafts in minutes.
What about our data?
Everything runs in your own accounts — your inbox, your accounting system, your storage. Nothing is used to train anyone’s models, access is revocable by you in one click, and a mutual NDA covers the engagement from the first call.
Why £4,950?
It’s a fixed fee for a 30-day install of five systems, tuned on your real data, with handover documentation and failure alarms. Less than two months of an admin salary, for infrastructure you own outright. If it isn’t live in 30 days, the fee comes back.
Why not just hire an ops or admin person?
