Everyone’s buying AI. It knows nothing about your business.

Northrope fixes that. A 30-day install that makes your company legible to AI — inbox triaged, promises tracked, invoices chased, one live page of truth — then hands you the keys.

Run by Natan Acosta — ten years across commercial operations and sales. The same system runs the back office of a London media company today.

The founder’s daily part

When everyone has the same intelligence, the advantage is what it knows about you.

Models are abundant and getting cheaper every quarter. Three things are getting scarcer:

01

Context

AI knows everything except who promised what, who owes you money, and what “urgent” means in your company. The install builds that layer — structured, current, machine-readable.

02

Trust

Generation is free; checking is the bottleneck. Everything outward-facing is a draft you approve — never auto-sent — with an audit log on every write.

03

Compounding

A chatbot subscription is a cost. A system that learns your business every week is an asset — and this one is yours outright when the engagement ends.

Founder-led, 5–50 people, run on email.

Industry doesn’t matter — if your business runs on email, invoices and promises, the install fits. Here’s the shape of the change:

Now

  • Your inbox is the company’s to-do list
  • Promises live in your head
  • Invoices get chased when someone remembers
  • Only you can see the whole picture — at 11pm

After the install

  • Every email read, filed and mined for asks
  • Every promise in a ledger with an owner and a date
  • Chase drafts ready each morning — you press send
  • One live page of truth, plus a five-minute briefing

Five systems and a safety net. The same install, every time.

Installed in your own accounts, tuned on your real data, owned by you. AI does the reading and drafting; your team keeps the judgment.

01

Inbox triage

Every email read, classified and filed — in your inbox, in lockstep. Asks and promises extracted, nothing falls through.

02

Promise ledger

Every commitment made or received, tracked with an owner and a date — and closed automatically the moment the reply goes out.

03

Cash chase

Overdue invoices detected in your accounting system; polite, escalating chase drafts ready each morning. You press send.

04

The live page

One auto-refreshed page of truth: cash, who owes what, open loops, calendar, red flags. The whole company at a glance.

05

Morning briefing

Before 9am, every weekday: what landed, what is due, what to approve. Your day starts decided, not discovered.

+

Watchdogs & audit log

Alarms that catch silent failures, and a record of every write the system makes. Trust is a feature, not a promise.

The system already runs a real company.

This isn’t a pitch for software that doesn’t exist yet. The install is a copy of a system in daily production. Specifics are anonymised; a live anonymised walkthrough is shown on the intro call under NDA.

Internal product, idea to live

London media company — live since April 2026

The full back office, running every weekday: each inbound email read, classified and filed in lockstep with Outlook; every ask extracted into a tracked ledger and auto-closed the moment a reply goes out; overdue invoices flagged with polite chase drafts ready each morning; one auto-refreshed page of cash, open loops and calendar; a watchdog that flags silent failures before anyone notices. Built and operated hands-on by me.

The Install

fixed fee

£4,950 · 30 days

The five systems plus the safety net, installed in your accounts and tuned on your real data until the filing matches how you’d file it and the drafts sound like you.

  • Live on your real data, not a sandbox
  • Drafts, never auto-sends — you keep the send button
  • Handover docs, runbooks, failure alarms
  • Every prompt, script and workflow is yours

Live in 30 days, or the fee comes back.

Copilot

optional

£950 /month · cancel monthly

The system is software plus judgment. I keep it sharp as your business changes — and it compounds: every month it knows your company better.

  • Monitoring and tuning as things drift
  • One new automation each month, from your wishlist
  • Priority fixes when something breaks
  • Stop any time — everything keeps running

You lose the gardener, not the garden.

The Install

£4,950/once

Live in 30 days, guaranteed. You own every prompt, script and workflow. Copilot optional, cancel monthly.

Capacity is capped at five active clients. Book the intro call to check availability.

The install, week by week.

  1. Week 1

    Map

Access and accounts, then the real flows: how email actually moves, who promises what to whom, how invoices get raised and chased today, what "urgent" means in your company. The map decides the tuning.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Install

The five systems go live on your real data. Tuned until the filing matches how you’d file it and the drafts sound like you — not like a robot doing an impression of you.

  3. Week 4

    Handover

Runbooks, SOPs, failure alarms. Your team learns the five-minute daily routine: read the briefing, approve the drafts, done. The system runs without me from day thirty.

  4. Ongoing

    Copilot — optional

£950/month: monitoring, tuning, one new automation each month from your wishlist. Cancel monthly; everything keeps running if you stop.

No tool affiliations. No vendor commissions. Everything built in the engagement, you own.

Want to know what the install would catch in your company?

Twenty minutes. I’ll show you the live system and tell you honestly if it’s a fit.

Book the intro call

Founders don’t drown in strategy. They drown in email, chasing money, and remembering who promised what.

Run by Natan Acosta.

Northrope is a private practice run by one person. No team underneath, no junior associates billing your account — the person on the intro call is the person doing the work.

Ten years across commercial roles in venture-backed and bootstrapped UK companies. Seven in B2B sales — building and managing teams, designing outbound playbooks, generating eight-figure pipeline. Three as a Founder’s Associate inside early-stage companies — running a 60-person operations function in D2C food and logistics, then building outbound and supporting fundraising at a B2B decision-intelligence startup.

AI and automation work began in 2022. Since 2026 it has been the whole job: designing and operating the AI back office of a London media company — the system this practice installs.

The practice operates with a hard cap of five active clients. Engagements start with a 20-minute call and a fixed-fee install. After that, only if both sides see a fit.

On the call you’ll get references and a live anonymised walkthrough of the system under NDA. If the first thirty seconds don’t land, we don’t proceed.

Things people ask before the first call.

What if I need something that isn't on this page?

Bring it to the call. The five systems are the spine, but every business has one strange thing — a report nobody has time to build, a portal that needs checking daily, a workflow held together by one person’s memory. Bespoke automations are exactly what the Copilot’s monthly build slot is for, and bigger one-off builds can be scoped after the install.

Is this just ChatGPT wrappers?

No. It’s a system of record with AI in the loop: classifiers that read and file your email, a ledger that tracks every promise made and received, scheduled jobs that chase invoices and write your morning briefing, alarms that catch silent failures, and an audit log on every write. You’ll see a live anonymised system on the intro call — not slides.

Can AI really be trusted with our email and invoices?

It drafts; you send. Anything outward-facing — a chase email, a reply, an invoice — is prepared for approval, never auto-sent. The AI does the reading, filing, extracting and drafting; the judgment stays with you. Most clients end up approving the day’s drafts in minutes.

What about our data?

Everything runs in your own accounts — your inbox, your accounting system, your storage. Nothing is used to train anyone’s models, access is revocable by you in one click, and a mutual NDA covers the engagement from the first call.

Why £4,950?

It’s a fixed fee for a 30-day install of five systems, tuned on your real data, with handover documentation and failure alarms. Less than two months of an admin salary, for infrastructure you own outright. If it isn’t live in 30 days, the fee comes back.

Why not just hire an ops or admin person?

£30–45k a year plus management overhead — and the work itself is corrosive, so good people don’t stay in it. The install does the reading, filing, chasing and remembering. Your people keep the judgment calls, which is the part humans are actually good at.

Why not Zapier or an automation agency?

Trigger-wiring breaks the moment reality gets messy — a forwarded thread, a half-promise, an invoice disputed politely. This is a judgment layer: classification, extraction and drafting with a ledger underneath, run as infrastructure with alarms and logs. And you own all of it — there’s no retainer holding your plumbing hostage.
