1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Natan Acosta, trading as Northrope, London, United Kingdom. Questions and requests: hello@northrope.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you give us. If you book a call, Cal.com (EU instance) passes us your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form. If you email us, we hold the correspondence. There are no user accounts and no forms that harvest data in the background.
3. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising technology. If analytics are enabled they are Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not profile individual visitors. Embedded third-party widgets (the Cal.com booking calendar) may set their own functional cookies, governed by their own notices.
4. Why we process your data
To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and take steps toward an engagement you have asked about — that is, our legitimate interest in running the practice and the steps needed before entering a contract with you. We never sell personal data, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers only, and only as needed to operate: Cal.com (scheduling, EU), Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics), and our email provider. Each acts as a processor under its own data-processing terms.
6. Client data during engagements
Engagement work runs inside the client’s own accounts — their inbox, their accounting system, their storage. Northrope accesses that data under the engagement letter and mutual NDA, and access is revocable by the client at any time. Details, including any sub-processors, are set out per engagement.
7. How long we keep it
Correspondence and booking records are kept while we are talking and for as long as needed afterwards for legitimate business records, then deleted. Engagement records are retained per the engagement letter and legal requirements.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and ask for a copy in portable form. Email hello@northrope.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
9. Changes
If this notice changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
